摘要
提出了基于蓝海战略的建筑企业发展战略思维,通过四步动作框架,构造建筑企业新的价值曲线,重绘了企业的战略布局图。通过结构调整,改善企业产业结构和经营模式,实施多元化发展,并充分发挥企业集团优势,整合设计、施工和管理等多方面力量,提高建筑企业的竞争力和抗风险能力。蓝海战略通过重新构建市场和产业边界,开启新的市场潜在需求,为建筑企业创造了新的市场空间,全方位提升了企业的竞争力。
Strategic thinking for development of construction enterprises based on blue ocean strategy is presented. A new value curve is constructed with the four actions framework, and the new strategy canvas is drawn. With structural adjustment to improving the industrial structure and managing mode, implementing a diversified development, and integration of design,construction and management by taking advantage of enterprise group,the competition and anti-risk capability of construction enterprises is markedly improved. By reshaping the boundary of market, and opening up the new potential demand, blue ocean strategy creates new market space for construction enterprises, and enhances the competitiveness of the enterprises all-round.
