从西方的城市化进程看集约式居住行为的发展

Development of Intensive Residential Behavior from the Viewpoint of Urbanization in the West

自工业革命以来的城市化深刻地改变了人类社会的居住生活模式。文章对英国工业化伴随着城市化的过程中的人类集约式居住行为的发展进行了分析。从城市人口集聚、城市社会制度、城市生活方式以及城市形态发展的视角对集约式居住行为、空间、公共住宅等方面进行了研究。从居住行为的角度研究西方工业化国家在城市化进程中存在的各类问题,对于审视当今我国城市化发展具有借鉴和指导意义。

Since the Industrial Revolution, urbanization has greatly changed the residential pattern of human society. This paper analyzed the development of intensive residential behavior in the process of industrialization and urbanization. From the point of view of population convergency, urban social system, urban life pattern and urban modality, this paper studied the intensive residential behavior, space and public residence. Studying the problems of western industrialized cuntries in the course of urbamzation from the aspect of dwelling behavior, can provide some reference to today＇s urbanization progress in China.
