摘要
博客带来了诸多新的法律问题,引发了某些社会矛盾和冲突,应该加强博客的法制化管理。首先分析了博客网站的相关主体,提出博客网站法律管制的对象应该是网站的托管商和博客本人,其次探讨了博客网站监管的法律空白,最后对规范博客网站良性发展提出了立法建议。
Blog has brought forth many new legal matters, arousing contradiction and conflict in social relations. First, the correlative subject of the blog website is analyzed and it is proposed that the objects to be managed for the blog website should be the hosts of the websiteds and owners of blogs. And then the vacancy of the supervisory and administrative legislation about the blog website is discussed. At last, some legislative ideas on the beneficent development of the blog website are proposed.
