增压机组油液监测体系的建立及实践

Establishment and practice of Lubricant Monitoring System of CompressorUnit

结合鄯乌管道首站天然气压缩机组油液检测实践,提出了增压机组油液监测体系的建立方法及监测步骤。实际应用表明,增压机组油液监测体系能够及时评价设备的运行状况,预测分析设备故障及成因,降低设备维护费用,提高设备运行效率。

Based on the practice of lubricant monitoring for compressor units in Shanshan-Wulumuqi Initial Compressor Station, a method for setting up lubricant monitoring system and monitoring steps are put forward. Practical application shows that by the lubricant monitoring system,operators is able to evaluate operation status of the compressor units in time,predict equipment's failures and analyze origins,cut down maintenance cost and increase operation efficiency of compressor units effectively.
