摘要
以维修工程理论为基础,提出了复杂装备虚拟维修系统设计的总体方案,该方案集成了远程虚拟测试和控制系统,利用知识工程方法进行维修分析决策,可以实现维修过程仿真;设计了基于组件技术的虚拟维修系统多层次体系结构.该虚拟维修系统通过了多个装备虚拟维修任务的应用验证,可快速重构形成新的系统,适应复杂装备维修决策、维修仿真需要.
Integrating remote virtual tests and control systems, a general design scheme of virtual maintenance for sophisticated equipments was proposed, in which the decisions of the maintenance can be made by knowledge engineering to simulate the process of the maintenance. A multi-hierarchy structure for virtual maintenance system based on groupware technology was established. This system was validated by a few of virtual equipment maintenance tasks and can be quickly configured to meet the needs of maintenance decision for sophisticated equipments and maintenance simulation.
