多因素环境变化对心肌缺血家兔血液流变学的影响

Effect of Environmental Factors Change on Hemorheology of Rabbits with M yocardial Ischemia

目的观察多种环境因素改变对心肌缺血家兔血液流变学的效应。方法将60只健康清洁级中国白兔分为心肌缺血组(心肌缺血手术)、心肌缺血低氧(暴露于氧含量为8.5%氮氧混合气体)高温[(42±2)℃]组、心肌缺血低氧(暴露于氧含量为8.5%氮氧混合气体)组、心肌缺血低氧(暴露于氧含量为8.5%氮氧混合气体)高温[(42±2)℃]饥饿(禁食禁水24h)组、心肌缺血饥饿(禁食禁水24h)组、对照组,共6组,每组10只。分别将各组暴露于相应环境30min后测定各组血液流变学的数据。结果与对照组比较,低氧、高温、饥饿的心肌缺血家兔的全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度和血沉方程K值均为升高(P<0.05)。心肌缺血饥饿组、单纯心肌缺血组的红细胞刚性指数升高(P<0.05),心肌缺血低氧组降低(P<0.05)。心肌缺血饥饿组的红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形指数均升高(P<0.05)。其余指标也有不同程度的变化,但不明显(P>0.05)。结论心肌缺血家兔在饥饿、高温或低氧条件下的血液流变学指标均有改变。

Objective To observe the effect of environmental factors change on the hemorheology of the rabbit with myocardial ischemia. Methods The rabbits were divided into six groups, the group of myocardial ischemia （myocardial ischemia operation）, the group of myocardial ischemia with hypoxia （volume fraction of oxygen of 91.5% nitrogen and 8.5% oxygen） and high temperature [ （42±2）℃ ], the group of myocardial ischemia with hypoxia （volume of fraction of oxygen of 91.5% nitrogen and 8.5% oxygen）, the group of myocardial ischemia with hypoxia （volume of fraction of oxygen of 91.5% nitrogen and 8.5% oxygen） and high temperature [ （42±2）℃] and hunger （forbid water and fast in 24 h）, the group of myocardial ischemia with hunger, control group, 10 in each. After 30 minutes of treatment, the indexes of the hemorheology were determined. Results The changed environmental factors, hypoxia, high temperature, hunger, presented an increasing effect on the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood high shear reduced viscosity, blood low shear reduced viscosity and equation K value of ESR （P〈0.05）. In the groups of myocardial ischemia with hunger and myocardial ischemia, the erythrocyte rigidity index significantly increased （P〈0.05）, in the group of myocardial ischemia with hunger have decrease （P〈0.05）, in the group of myocardial ischemia with hunger, the erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte deformation index increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The environmental factors change has an obvious effect on hemorheology of the rabbit with myocardial ischemia and hunger.
