摘要
目的调查2007年夏季秦皇岛洋河水库水华高发期微囊藻毒素(MC)污染状况,探索变化规律。方法于2007年7月7日—8月24日,采用ELISA法,连续49d监测水源水样品中微囊藻毒素含量。结果水体中MC的浓度范围为0.13~0.93μg/L,x±s为(0.26±0.13)μg/L,49d中MC浓度呈明显波动下降趋势。结论洋河水库已受到微囊藻毒素污染。MC浓度尚未超过GB3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》限定的Ⅱ类水体MC-LR安全值(1μg/L)。通过MC变化规律的研究为该水库藻类污染预警预报提供了基础资料。
Objective To know the pollution of microcystin (MC) in Yanghe reservoir during the period of water blooms in the summer of 2007 and to find the variation characteristics about the pollution. Methods The microcystin concentration was determined by ELISA Kit. A 49 consecutive days monitoring was conducted during Jul.-Aug., 2007. Results The concentration of MC in Yanghe reservoir ranged from 0.13ug/L to 0.93 ug/L, and its average level was (0.26±0.13)ug/L. As well as, the concentration of MC in Yanghe reservoir descended fluctuant. Conclusion Water in Yanghe reservoir was polluted by MC. All monitoring results of MC concentration during seven weeks (49 days) did not exceed the limit value of mieroeystin toxin, 1ug/L for MC-LR, the grade two water ruled in China Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water. The basic data for changing regularity of MC studied in the present paper will be useful for the warning of alga pollution.
