摘要
电纺纤维膜具有独特的优异性,随着其越来越广泛的应用,对纤维有序程度的要求越来越高。针对目前静电纺丝技术中有序纤维收集的瓶颈问题,探讨了采用一种新型接收装置—圆形旋转接收极的解决方法。试验发现,旋转接收极可以通过机械方式实现纤维的有序排列,与辊筒接收极装置相比,可以在较低转速下收集到有序程度较高的纤维;在旋转接收极的不同区域,由于各点线速度不同,导致所收集纤维的有序程度不同,靠近圆心处的有序性较差,远离圆心处有序性较好;但是从宏观角度看,在旋转接收极同心圆的圆周方向有较强的机械强度,这一特点将为有这方面需求的纤维膜的特殊用途提供可能。
The electrospinning technology can fabricate continuous nano-fibers with diameter ranging from a few nanometers to microns. The aligned fibers are urgently demanded in the real application of electrospun mats. We presented a rotary target, which is a novel collection device used to gain aligned fibers. The results show that the rotary collector can make the fibers aligned by mechanical strength, and obtain aligned fibers in lower rotational speed compared with rotating drum target. It is considered that the rotary target can work in low power to economize power source. Moreover, it is found that there are different linear velocities in the different regions of rotary collector leading to the different degrees of alignment. The alignment of fibers is inferior near the circle center, but it is better away from the circle center. Therefore, in future work, the annular target can be used to collect the aligned fibers in order to avoid the inferior alignment near the circle center. However, the fiber mat has stronger mechanical strength along the circle whose circle center is the center of rotary collection.
