摘要
用浆料旋涂法在阳极支撑体上制备了阳极功能层(AFL)。研究了AFL厚度对电池输出性能的影响。实验结果表明:AFL降低了阳极支撑体/电解质界面的接触电阻,增加了阳极的三相反应界面,但是AFL厚度的增加导致了界面接触电阻和气相扩散阻抗的增大。AFL的最佳厚度为4μm。采用4μm的AFL和La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9阴极,电池在700、750、800℃的输出性能分别为794、1016、1235mW/cm2。
An anode functional layer (AFL) was fabricated on an anode substrate by slurry spin coating. The effect of AFL thickness on the anode performance was investigated. Experimental results indicate that the AFL not only reduces the contact ohmic resistance at the anode substrate/electrolyte interface, but also increases the three-phase boundary of anodes. However, both the interfacial contact resistance and gas diffusion resistance increase as the increase of AFL thickness. The optimum AFL thickness is 4 μ m. The cell with a 4- μ m-thick AFL and a La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9 cathode exhibits output powers of 794, 1 016 mW/cm^2 and 1 235 mW/cm^2 at 700, 750 ℃ and 800 ℃, respectively.
