微米粉体制备阳极支撑的YSZ薄膜

摘要 采用微米级YSZ(摩尔分数8%Y2O3稳定的ZrO2)粉体在NiO/YSZ阳极支撑体上成功地制备了致密的电解质薄膜。对微米级YSZ粉体进行球磨处理,分析和讨论了球磨对YSZ粉体及薄膜性能的影响。用浆料旋涂法制得45μm厚的致密薄膜,电池700℃时开路电压(OCV)达到1.13V。以氢气为燃料,以静态环境空气为氧化气体,单电池在700、750、800℃的最大比功率分别为221、364、528mW/cm2。电池阻抗谱结果表明电池的性能主要由电极决定。 Dense YSZ ( 8% molefraction Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 ) electrolyte films were successfully fabricated on NiO/YSZ anode substrates by using micron-sized particles. The micron-sized YSZ particles were treated by ball milling. The effects of ball milling treatment on the particles and the films were investigated and discussed. A dense YSZ membrane with a thickness of 45 mm was obtained by the slurry spin coating method. The cell yielded an open circuit voltage (OCV) of 1.13 V at 700 ℃. Using hydrogen as the fuel and stationary air as the oxidant, maximum power densities of the single cell at 700,750, 800 ℃ were 221, 364,528 mW/cm^2, respectively. Impedance spectra shows that the cell performance is mainly determined by the interracial resistance.
