中西、古今交融、交战下的先秦政治哲学——关于比较哲学方法的一些思考

The Pre-Qin Political Philosophy in a Comparative and Contemporary Context:Reflections on the Methodology of Comparative Philosophy

本文指出,展示中国崛起的文化信息的一种方式是用"接着讲"的办法来论证儒家政治哲学的当代相关性。在儒家政治哲学中,笔者论述了为什么《论语》是有着最大的优势与潜能的哲学经典之一,并阐发了阅读《论语》这样的哲学经典的方法。为了展示《论语》与先秦政治哲学的当代相关性,笔者认为它需要与中国传统哲学内部的不同哲学流派和西方、尤其是古希腊的重要哲学流派进行对话,并回应当代自由民主这一主流政治价值的挑战。为此,本文试图展示先秦政治哲学如何进行这样的对话。

One way of conveying the cultural information in China is a 'further explanation' of the contemporary relevance of the political philosophy of Confucianism. In discussing the political philosophy of Confucianism, the author of this paper explains why Confucian Analects is one of the philosophical classics with the maximum potential and superiority, and points out the proper way of reading such philosophical classics. In order to reveal the relevance between Confucian Analects and the pre-Qin political philosophy, the author believes that the answer lies in its dialogue with the different philosophical schools in China and those in the West, especially the important philosophical schools of ancient Greece and in its facing the challenge of contemporary freedom and democracy as a dominant political value. The paper aims to reveal how the pre-Qin political philosophy conducted this dialogue.
