摘要
以在中国市场中进行经营的中外合资企业为研究对象,在认知层面上进行了环境因素与机会主义间关系的相关研究,同时引入认知非对称性因素,试图勾勒出合资双方环境认知与机会主义认知间特定的作用路径。研究结果证实了在认知环境不稳定性与合资企业机会主义倾向间关系路径的存在,也证实了认知非对称性因素的影响,同时一定程度上反映出了企业相关认知与客观状况之间的差异会导致不同的结论,还揭示了部分先前研究无法解释的现象,并结合中国市场与中外合资企业这一特定背景的特性做出相应解释。
Relation between environment factors and the opportunism perception from Sino-foreign ventures in China was studied through a survey. It is seen that there is the influence of cognition asymmetry. Some phenomenon that could not be clarified with the result of current relevant researches was uncovered and then interpreted in the special background of this study. We expect the conclu- sion of this research could be subservient for both future theoretic research and business practice.
