回访式健康教育对股骨头坏死病人健康行为的影响

目的探讨回访式健康教育对股骨头坏死病人健康行为的影响。方法 84例经保守治疗的股骨头坏死病人随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。两组病人在住院期间均接受系统的健康教育和出院指导,观察组按计划实施回访、心理护理和健康行为教育。健康教育内容包括制订康复计划、心理支持、服药指导、饮食指导、功能锻炼和复查指导等。比较两组病人出院1年后健康行为变化及功能康复程度。结果观察组健康行为、股骨头坏死症状及髋关节功能障碍改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论回访式健康教育可有效改善股骨头坏死病人健康行为,促进病人康复。

Objective To discuss the effect of health eduction during follow-up on health behavior of patients with avascular necrosis of head of femur （ANHF）. Methods Eighty-four patients with ANHF, receiving conservative treatment, were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group （n=42 in each）. Two groups had accepted the guidance of health education during hospitalization. Besides,the patients in observation group were revisited regularly, and received mental nursing and health behavior education. Health education content included the development of rehabilitation programs, psychological support,guidance of medication, diet guidance, functional training, guidance of re-examination and so on. The health behaviors and functional rehabilitation between the two groups were compared one year after discharge. Results There were significant differences in health behaviors, improvement of ANHF symptoms and hip dysfunction between observation group and control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Health education during follow-up can effectively improve the health behaviors of ANHF patients and accelerate the recovery.
