摘要
哺乳动物精子顶体反应是自然受精起始过程中的重要环节,有多种精子膜蛋白和卵子透明带糖蛋白参与。这些蛋白一方面通过精子膜跨膜信号传导引起精子的顶体反应,另一方面,也为精子穿过透明带及精卵融合等提供必要的条件。精子顶体反应过程中涉及多种细胞信号传导的过程,如G蛋白耦联的信号传导、受体酪氨酸激酶(RTK)途径等。研究精子顶体反应过程中相关分子作用的信号传导通路,对进一步深入了解受精的分子机制具有重要的影响。
Mammalian sperm acrosome reaction is a crucial link of physiological fertilization, in which a series of membrane proteins and glycoproteins of sperm and oocyte zona pellucida participate. The interaction between these proteins can not only induce sperm acrosome reaction through transmembrane signal transduction, but also satisfy the requirements of fertilization, such as the penetration of zona pellucida and sperm-egg fusion. There are several cell signalings involved in sperm acrosome reaction, such as G protein-coupled signal transduction, and receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signal pathway. Investigation of the proteins interaction and their signal transduction during the process of sperm acresome reaction is extremely essential for the further understanding of the molecular mechanism of fertilization.
