摘要
行动研究对外语教师的自我职业发展具有重要的指导作用,为教师在外语教学理论和实践方面的探索提供了切实可行的方法。为了使学生真正从"值日生报告"中获益,做一轮行动研究(action research),找出问题所在,有针对性地加以解决,可以有效地改善"值日生报告"的效果。
Action research plays a key role in professional development of foreign language teachers and provides them with practical methods for their studies of methodological theory and teaching performance. This paper employs the approach of action research in the classroom with the intention of improving the practice of duty report. It assists teacher in finding the problems and helps to resolve the problems accordingly so that the effect of duty report is improved.
