摘要 用40个随机引物对荷包红鲤、荷包红鲤抗寒品系和黑龙江野鲤三个品系鱼进行RAPD反应,共扩增出366条带,获得多态性的DNA片段60条。荷包红鲤抗寒品系与荷包红鲤、荷包红鲤抗寒品系与黑龙江野鲤的基因组变异指数分别为0.77和0.90。说明荷包红鲤抗寒品系的基因组与其亲本黑龙江野鲤的基因组较荷包红鲤具有更大的变异。 The genomic changes of red common carp(k) and its parents were analysed with RAPD method. 40 random primers were used to amplify genomic DNA of common carp、red common carp and red common carp(k). 366 bands were produced and 60 among them were polymorphism. The variation index of genome was respectively 0.77 (the genome of red common carp(k) to the genome of red common carp) and 0.90 (the genome of red common carp(k) to the genome of common carp). The results showed that greater variation occured between the genome of the red common carp(k) and common carp.
