高体鰤胚胎及仔稚幼鱼的形态观察 被引量:10

摘要 本文报道了高体(Serioladumerili)受精卵的胚胎发育及仔稚幼鱼形态特征。在水温22~27℃范围内,受精卵随水温升高,孵化时间缩短。水温23℃,经过35h10min,仔鱼破膜而出。初孵仔鱼全长为2.92~3.12mm;孵化后3天仔鱼开口,全长为3.88~3.98mm;孵化后23天,稚鱼全长为1.00~1.30mm,鳞片开始形成,鳍棘、鳍条均已分化形成;孵化后32天,全长为2.05~2.56mm,幼鱼发育完全,体形和成鱼基本相似。 This paper reports the morphological features of the fertilized eggs, larvae, juvenile and young fish of S.dumerili. It was found that the hatching time was shorter with the water temperature increased within the 22~27℃. The hatching time was 35.17 hours at the water temperature 23℃, and the average total length of the new born larvae was 2.92-3.12mm. The lavae opened mouth 3 days later and with total length 3.88-3.98mm. The total length could reach 1.0-1.3cm at the 23th day, and 2.05-2.56cm at the 32th day. The larvae had the similar shape with the adult fish at the 32th dqy. These results provided identification evidence for S. dumerili in fishery.
