摘要
研究表明,“终身核不育”水稻在不同的光温条件下均表现出稳定的不育性状,通过杂交表明“终身核不育”性状与光(温)敏核不育性存在着等位与非等位性关系,这种“终身核不育”在等位条件下育性可以转换,是一种育性转换未表达的“终身核不育”基因。
The study showed that the 'Lifetime Genic Male Sterile Rice'(LGMSR) expressed stable sterility under the different photoperiod-temperature conditions. By crossing with other varieties, it was confirmed that LGMSR had allelic and nonallelic relation with the photoperiod (thermo) sensitive male sterile lines in the sterility. LGMSR can transform under the allelic condition and is a male sterile gene of fertility transformation that isn't expressed.
