体成分耐力训练敏感性与KCNA7基因T418M多态性关联研究

摘要 目的:通过研究KCNA7基因T418 M多态性与身体成分的有氧训练效果之间的关联性,寻找与体成分训练敏感性相关的分子遗传学标记。方法:对102名中国汉族士兵18周5000米长跑训练前后身体成分各项指标的变化与KCNA7基因T418 M多态性之间进行关联性分析。用PCR-RFLP、基因测序方法研究该多态的分布特征。结果:KCNA7基因T418 M多态不同基因型之间的BMI在训练前存在显著差异,不同基因型之间瘦体重(LBW)的训练效果存在显著差异。结论:KCNA7基因T418 M多态可以作为瘦体重训练敏感性的分子生物学标记。 Purpose To explore the relation of the characteristics of polymorphisms in the KCNA7 gene phenotypes to the response of body component to the aerobic training. Methods One hundred and two healthy men of Han nationality in northern China were recruited to undergo aerobic training program for 18 weeks. Body composition was measured before and after the training program. The genotype was analyzed by PCR-RFLP. One way ANOVA was used to analyze differences in the changes of variables between genotypes. Results There were significant differences between gene polymorphism and BMI before training, whereas these changes were no significant after training. On the contrary, no associations were detected between the gene polymorphism and LBW before training, but significant difference in the changes were shown after training. Conclusion The present study demonstrated that KCNA7 gene T418M polymorphisrn can be used as a sensitive indicator of LBW in response to endurance training in molecular biology.
