摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)是一种由α亚基和β亚基组成的异源二聚体。该文对HIF-1活性表达及其在缺血/缺氧诱发的血管新生中的重要作用做了简要综述。 Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 ( HIF-1 ) is a heterodimer of an O2-rugulated αsubunit and a constitutively expressed βsubunit. The article reviews the active expression of HIF-1 and its important role in angiogenesis induced by tissue hypoxia/ischemia.
