模拟血管迷走性晕厥动物模型神经体液介质变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 血管迷走性晕厥(vasovagalsyncope,VVS)是由多种因素触发而引起的周围血管扩张,血压下降和(或)心率减慢,心排血量减少、脑血流低灌注,导致一过性意识和姿势紧张丧失。临床上较为常见,发病率为每年1.3‰~2.7‰,是儿童晕厥中最常见的病因,约占所有晕厥患儿的80%。近年来,许多学者对VVS进行了大量研究,但VVS的病理生理学机制亦尚未完全明了。
