鼠疫耶尔森菌外膜蛋白及其功能研究进展

摘要 鼠疫耶尔森菌和其他革兰阴性杆菌一样,其细胞结构由双层膜结构包绕.内层为内膜(亦称胞浆膜,外层是细胞与外环境的分界,称为外膜。鼠疫耶尔森菌外膜蛋白(Yesinia outer proteins,Yops)主要是与外环境联系的受体蛋白和转运蛋白,其种类与数量均较为恒定,具有重要的、较为稳定的生理功能。深入研究Yops对于探讨鼠疫耶尔森菌的致病机制、研制快速诊断试剂以及开发新型、
