摘要 美国胸科医师学会第八次会议抗栓和溶栓指南（简称ACCP8）于2008年7月在Chest增刊发布，指南长达22章，近900页。涵盖了血栓栓塞性疾病预防和治疗的最全面建议。与2004年指南（ACCP7）比较，指南撰写委员会扩大了非北美专家的参与，更加国际化，也更加系统、严格。ACCP8与ACCP7比较有了很多变化和更新，最重要的是指南首次单独应用一个章节阐述对长期抗栓治疗患者的围手术期如何处理，
