乳腺钼靶簇状钙化点在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值-附60例患者影像病理相关性分析

The value of classification of clustered calcification in the diagnosis of breast cancer-60 cases radiological-pathological correlation features

目的:探讨簇状钙化点特征与临床活检病理结果间的关系。方法:运用Le Gal分型方法分析60例病例中64个经手术病理证实的簇状钙化点病灶特征。结果:60例患者实际活检标本数64个,其中恶性病变27例(占42.19%)。乳腺钼靶摄片发现的簇状钙化点按Le Gal标准分型,其中II型18例,术后病理证实恶性1例(5.56%);III型12例,恶性1例(8.33%);IV型14例,恶性6例(42.86%);V型20例,恶性19例(95%)。结论:Le Gal分型与病理结果之间存在一定的相关性。乳腺钼靶的簇状钙化点Le Gal分型可为临床诊断乳腺癌提供较可靠的诊断依据。

Objective：To study the relationship between radiological and pathological caracteristics with clustered calcifications. Methods：To analyze the morphological aspect of the clustered calcifications by the Le Gal’s classifica- tion. and the relationship between the classification Le Gal and pathological result. Resulls：Total of 64 clustered calci- fications in 60 cases, were stndied, 27 （42.19% ） lesions were malignant,5.56% , 8.33 % ,42.86% ,95 % for type Ⅱ, type Ⅲ, type Ⅳ, type Ⅴ of Le Galgclassification, 1 （12.5%）for age 〈 40 years ;26 （46.45%） for age 〉 40 years. Conclusion：There is correlation between Le Gal‘s classification and result of pathology. Radiographic characteristics of the clustered calcifications can provide estimation for the breast cancer diagnosis
