对乳腺癌Auchincloss术式路径的改进及临床价值初探

To Discuss the improvement of Auchincloss type in breast cancer snd its Clinical value

目的:通过改进手术路径减少手术中医源性传播的可能。方法:比较我院134例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期部分ⅢA期乳腺癌术后病例,采用不同手术路径对肿瘤医源性播散的预防。结果:采用改进方法与传统Auch inc loss术式方法比较无论在术野的暴露、患侧肢体功能、神经保留及术中出血均无明显差异,两组术后复发转移率分别为22.95%和26.03%。结论:此改进方法有利于预防肿瘤的医源性播散在临床上有推广价值。

Objective：To reduce the iatrogenic spread of tumor cells in surgern by improving the operation path Methods：To compare 134 cases after breast cancer surgern in our hospital which include Phase Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and part of Phase Ⅲ and explore the effects of different paths in the prevention of tumor cells iatrogenic dissemination. Results： There is no significant differences between the improved path and the Auchineloss path in the field of exposure ,the affected limb function, neural reservations and blood loss. The Recurrence rate of two groups are Respectively 22.95% and 26.03%. Conclusion：The improved operation path Can workable and is helpful to prevent tumor cells iatrogenic disseminated so it is worth promoting in clinical.
