摘要 Survivin是迄今发现的作用最强的凋亡抑制因子,p16是细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶的抑制因子。Survivin和p16对非小细胞肺癌的临床诊断、治疗和预后有一定的指导意思。本文综述survivin及p16在非小细胞肺癌中的表达意义与相关性。 Survivin is considered as the strongest inhibitor of apoptosis （ IAP ） at present, p16 is a inhibitor factor of cyclin- dependent kinases （CDKs）. Survivin and p16 have some instructive implications for clinical diagnosis, treatments and prognosis of non- small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） . This review analyzes the expression and relationship of survivin and p16 in non - small cell lung cancer.
