摘要
针对目前合资企业普遍存在合作的不稳定性这一现状,应用生物学中的Logistic模型对合资企业的产生、发展以至达到共生进行了动态描述,给出了稳定共生的条件和经济解释。
Aiming at the current cooperation instability existing in joint ventures, the paper applied the Logistic model to analyse joint venture＇s generation,development and co-existence, and it gives the stability conditions of co-existence.
