分析了黑龙江省民营企业资本运营的现状及危机,针对所存在的问题从资本运营方式的选择、参与国企改革、实行国际化资本运营、人力资本运营以及建立风险管理预警体系等方面提出了应对资本运营危机的创新策略。

Private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province have made great achievements since the 90＇s ,but it is also facing a great crisis. This article analyzes the capital operating actualities and problems of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,addresses innovative strategies to deal with the crisis of capital operation,and finally,it gives recommendations on perfecting the capital operation of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
