Innovation of management system of undergraduate teaching in mechanical disciplines of colleges and universities in the new period

阐述了大众化教育阶段机械学科本科教学创新管理体系"教学、育人、管理"的模式与构成要件,论述了创新型本科教学管理体系必须具备的五大功能和4种基本管理制度体系,讨论了保证创新教学管理体系运行的5个基本平台和2个课程教学标准的建设,同时,对传统的教学管理体系的演化过程和存在的弊端进行了剖析。

In this paper, patterns and elements of “education,instruction, management” , the innovative management system of undergraduate teaching in mechanical disciplines of colleges and universities in the stage of popular education are expounded. The top five functions and four basic management systems that must be possessed in innovative management system of undergraduate teaching are dissertated. The assurance of five basic platforms and the construction of two teaching standards of innovative teaching management system are discussed. At the same time, the evolutionary process and the drawbacks which exist in the innovative teaching management system are analyzed.
