摘要 采用Fe2+/H2O2催化氧化法消除脲醛树脂胶中的游离甲醛,其最佳条件为室温25~40℃,H2O2与甲醛摩尔比约为1∶1,Fe2+为H2O2摩尔量的1/70~1/60,反应时间为40min。在此条件下,脲醛树脂胶中残余甲醛含量基本达到GB/T14732―2006标准。该方法不影响脲醛树脂胶的胶合强度,但影响脲醛树脂胶的贮存稳定性,适合在脲醛树脂胶使用前3~5天内使用。 The optimum conditions for removing free formaldehyde from urea formaldehyde resin adhesive by means of Fe^2+/H2O2 catalytic oxidation were as follows: room temperature at 25℃-40℃, molar ratio of H2O2 to formaldehyde about 1:1, molar weight of Fe^2+ accounting for 1/70-1/60 of H2O2, reaction time for 40 min. Under the above-mentioned conditions, free formaldehyde residue in urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive basically reached GB Standard/T 14732-2006. This method would not affect scuffing strength of the adhesive, but did influence its storage stability therefore it suited to be used 3-5 days before application of the adhesive.
