摘要
以甲醛(F)、丙酮(A)、磺化剂(S)为主要原料,合成了脂肪族减水剂,系统研究了反应原料用量与磺化剂种类对脂肪族减水剂分散性能的影响,并对自制的脂肪族减水剂结构进行了红外光谱表征。通过脂肪族减水剂与聚羧酸减水剂的复配研究,提高这两类减水剂的应用潜力。
Aliphatic water reducer was synthesized with formaldehyde(F), acetone(A), and sulfonating agent(S) as main raw materials. Effects of content of reactants and species of sulfonating agents on dispersion of aliphatic water reducer were systematically studied and structure of self-made aliphatic water reducer was characterized by IR. Through study of compounding of aliphatic water reducer and polycarboxylic water reducer, applied potential of both water reducers were improved.
