农地规模经营是实现农业机械化的必由之路

文章认为,在实行小块农地经营的条件下,农业机械化的推行,并不能使农产品产量和农民收入大幅增加,却会加大农民购买、使用农用机械的固定成本,最终反过来阻滞农业机械化的发展速度。为使农业机械化的持续推行,必须实行农地的规模经营。而实行规模经营后,由于每个农户经营的土地数量增加,分摊到单位农产品上的成本下降,确实能解决农业机械化后所导致的固定成本上升的问题。

Under the condition of scrap farmland management, the practice of mechanization of agriculture can＇t increase significantly the output of farm produce and the farmers＇ income, but raise the fixed cost for peasants to purchase and use the agricultural machines, and at last it would slow the development of the mechanization of agriculture. For the purpose of pursuing persistently the mechanization of agriculture, we must implement the farmland large-scale management; after giving effort the farmland large-scale management, the average cost of per unit farm produce shared will be less due to the quantity of land that every peasant family manages increases, which is indeed the resolution to the trouble that mechanizing agriculture makes the agricultural fixed cost raise.
