摘要
进入知识经济时代,智力资本成为企业的第一要素,企业间的竞争变成了人才的竞争。但是,建筑企业仍沿用着传统的人事管理,它的种种弊端直接影响了企业经营活动的效率和竞争能力。文章以建筑企业为出发点,分析其人力资源管理的现状,在此基础上着重论述了如何在建筑企业建立、实行有效的现代企业人力资源开发与管理,不断培养人才,从而使企业获得长足发展。
Entering the knowledge economy times, intellectual capital becomes the first important factor in the enterprise and the focus of competition among enterprises. However, construction enterprises still adopt traditional human resource management, which restrain the effectiveness and the competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of human resource management in construction enterprises, suggestions about how to build effective modem human resource management and how to cultivate talents are proposed for the development of construction enterprises.
