摘要
电容器用3003铝合金箔材的冷变形程度对电容器的比电容值影响很大,而冷变形程度的大小在组织检验中可通过箔材的变形纤维粗细表现出来。根据试验结果及分析,依照箔材的变形纤维粗细制定出了3003铝合金电容器负极箔材四个级别的组织检验标准。
The cold deformation degree of 3003 aluminium alloy foils used for the capacitor has a big effect on the specific electriccapacity of the capacitor. The cold deformation degree can be displayed through the deformation fibers' demension of the usable foil during the structure inspecting. Through test result and analyzing, 4 levels structure inspection standard for the negative foil of the 3003 alloy capacitor can be formulated according to the deformation degree of the foil.
