摘要
应用S2流面正问题进行某涡轮优化设计,在考虑设计变量、目标函数和约束条件的情况下,考察不同损失模型对于优化结果的影响。计算结果显示,不同损失模型对于S2优化结果影响差异较大,降低了总体损失,等熵效率都有不同程度的提高。因此,采用可靠准确的损失模型是S2优化计算的关键,对现有损失模型进行与实验数据的考核非常重要。
stream-surface direct problem was employed to perform the optimized design of a turbine. With due consideration of de-sign variables,target functions and constraint conditions,investigated was the influence of various loss models on their op-timized results. The calculation results show that the difference in the influence of the models in question on S2 optimized results is relatively big with the overall loss being reduced and the isentropic efficiency also being increased to various de-grees. Hence,the use of a reliable and high-precision model is crucial for S2 stream surface optimization calculations and it is of the utmost importance to verify the existing loss models when compared with test data.
