非亚硝基气相防锈纸的配方开发 被引量:3

摘要 采用电化学方法和传统评价方法对所配制的几种气相防锈纸的性能进行了评价。试验结果表明它们对碳钢都具有保护作用,含有复合芳香羧酸盐的1#气相防锈纸的防锈性能优于传统的含有亚硝酸钠配方的气相防锈纸,采用电化学阻抗评价方法可以快速评价气相防锈纸的缓蚀性能。 The inhibition performance of several volatile corrosion inhibitor papers was evaluated by electrochemical impedance method and some traditional methods. It is shown that these papers all have protection effect against carbon steel corrosion. The anticorrosive performance of 1# paper containing composite aromatic carboxylate is better than that of traditional volatile corrosion inhibitor paper containing sodium nitrite. The electrochemical impedance method is effective and convenient for the evaluation of inhibition performance of volatile corrosion inhibitor papers.
