摘要
以Co(NO3)2.6H2O和Nd(NO3)3.6H2O、PVA等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出前驱体,将其高温煅烧获得钴钕复合氧化物粉体。通过TG-DSC、FT IR、Raman、TEM、XRD、PPMS等检测对前驱体及产物的物性和结构进行表征。结果表明:钕元素已掺入到钴氧化物的晶格之中,形成了优良的软磁性钴钕复合氧化物。
The predecessor bulk was made from the elementary crude materials such as Co(NO3)2. 6H2O, Nd(NO3)3.6H2O and PVA using sol-gel method. Then the predecessor bulk was turned into the compound oxide of cobalt and neodymium after calcination at high temperature. The physical properties and structures of the predecessor bulk and product were detected by various methods, such as TG-DSC, FT IR, Raman, TEM, XRD and PPMS. The results indicated that the neodymium element was doped into the crystal lattice of cobalt oxide, and the compound oxide of cobalt and neodymium was formed as a good soft magnetic materials.
