摘要
研究了在STEP-NC环境下进行非线性工艺设计的方法和过程。首先分析了STEP-NC文件的结构组成及其支持非线性工艺的可行性;然后从STEP-NC文件中提取工艺信息,利用加工流程图(process sequence graph,PSG)表达加工工艺;基于PSG中包含的信息结合图搜索算法,在离线规划中选择优化的工艺路径;在在线规划中根据加工现场资源的变化情况实时调整工艺路径;最后将PSG中的离散工步连续化为可行的控制方案。通过一个实例零件对所提技术和算法进行了说明,为在STEP-NC环境中进行非线性工艺规划提供了完整的思路。
The method and course of non-linear process planning(NLPP) used in STEP-NC was presented,the structure of STEP-NC file and the feasibility of NLPP in STEP-NC was analysed at first,then the technology information was extracted from the STEP-NC file, and PSG was used to represent the NLPP. With the PSG and graph search algorithm the optimized process path was selected off-line, the path was adjusted on-line according to resource changing. The discrete working steps were serialized to be executable workplan. An example was used to illustrate the algorithm, the complete method of NLPP in STEP-NC was presented herein.
