摘要
针对可重组制造系统中制造资源的优化配置与重构需要系统地考虑不同加工零件的多方面要求,应用多色集合理论构建系统的设备资源模型,通过有向多色图及其可达路径生成工艺可行的设备资源配置方案,采用模糊综合评判方法综合考虑加工成本、时间和质量等因素,从可行配置方案中找出获得各个生产周期的多组优化方案,再用动态规划方法组合为全生产周期的优化设备资源重构策略。通过一个实例说明了所提方法的实现流程。
In the process of reconfiguring manufacturing resources in reconfigurable manufacturing systems, many requirements of different machining parts need to be considered systematically. A model of machining equipment resources was built by the polychromatic sets, and feasible schemes of configuring equipment resources were created through the polychromatic digraph and its accessible paths. Several optimal schemes for every production cycle were obtained from the feasible schemes by considering cost, time, quality and other factors through the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Then an optimal scheme of reconfiguring equipment resources for all production cycles was created by the dynamic programming method. A case was studied to illustrate the proposed'method and its realization process.
