预应变对X80级螺旋缝埋弧焊接管线钢拉伸性能的影响

摘要 对X80级钢螺旋缝埋弧焊接钢管材料进行轴向拉伸预应变量与拉伸性能关系的试验研究。结果表明:随着预应变量的增加(≥1.5%),管体横向的屈服强度上升,而抗拉强度则无明显变化。 The relation between axial tensile prestrain and tensile properties of grade X80 spiral submergedarc welding (SSAW) steel pipe was analyzed by experiments. The result showed that the yield strength of the pipe body in transverse-to-pipe-axis (TPA) orientation increased with prestrain increasing(≥1. 5%), whereas ultimate tensile strength maintains the same.
