摘要
采用喷丸强度(SPI)为0.41和0.5 A/mm两种表面喷丸强化的工艺对矿用圆环链条接链环进行强化处理,使用X-350A型X射线应力测定仪对喷丸强化后的接链环表面的残余应力与(211)晶面的半高宽β进行测定。结果表明:高的喷丸强度可以得到更高的残余应力值,对接链环表面进行喷丸强化处理可以有效地引入残余压应力,提高接链环的疲劳寿命。
The annular chain and link used in mine equipments was strengthened by surface shot peening technique which SPI was 0. 41 and 0. 5 A/mm. Residual stress distribution along the transverse direction of the chain and link surface was investigated by X-ray diffraction techniques. Results showed that higher compressive residual stress was induced by shot peening. Fatigue life of the annular chain and link can be improved by inducing compressive residual stress obtained from due surface shot peening technique.
