1990年以来中国近代海权问题研究述评

A Review of Studies on Modern China Sea Rights Since 1990

1990年以来学术界兴起了研究中国近代海权问题的热潮,主要对以下几个问题进行了初步研究:第一,关于中国近代海权观由来与发展过程的研究;第二,关于中国近代名人海权观的研究;第三,关于海权与中国近代战争胜负关系的研究;第四,关于马汉海权论对中国近代海军影响甚微原因的研究;第五,关于中国近代海权意识淡薄及其原因的研究;第六,关于中国近代海权与陆权关系的研究。目前关于中国近代海权的研究虽已取得了一定的进展,但还有许多问题值得进一步探讨,因此希望今后在研究中应注意以下几点:第一,要注意宏观研究与微观研究相结合。第二,要注意定性研究与定量研究相结合。第三,要注意专门研究与综合研究相结合。第四,要注意对历史研究与对现实研究相结合。

Modem China sea rights has become a heated academic issue since 1990 in China. Studies have covered the following aspects： the evolution of the modern China sea rights concept, the perceptions of sea rights by famous figures in modern China, the relevance of sea rights and wars in modern China, the weak influence of Mahan＇s sea rights view on modem China navy, the low awareness of sea rights in modern China, the relationship between sea rights and land rights. In spite of the progress made in the area,more issues are still to be explored futher. Special attention should be paid to the following aspects in the future study, the integration of studies on macro-and micro-levels, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the systemization of specialized and generalized researches, the application of historical investigation to practical issues.
