摘要政府责任采购是各国在促进企业履行社会责任时普遍使用的手段,它通过政府要求供应商达到劳工标准、环保标准等社会责任标准,以鼓励企业履行社会责任。我国在构建政府责任采购法律制度时大致可以考虑三个具体方法,即强制供应商达到某些社会责任标准,要求供应商公布社会责任报告,对获得社会责任奖项的企业给予政府采购优惠。
