基子双CPU控制的高压防爆开关测控系统的设计

Design of the measurement and control system for the high-voltage explosion-proof switch based on double-CPU

摘要 采用双CPU设计了一种新型的矿用高压防爆开关测控系统,并着重介绍了其硬件组成、结构特点和软件框图,特别是在模拟量采集中采用了交流采样方式。设计了锁相环同步采样电路,大大提高了信号的采样精度试验表明:采用双CPU系统设计模式,大大增强了系统的可靠性,提高了保护、显示和通讯的处理速度该测控系统性能稳定,运行可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。 A new measurement and control system for the high-voltage explosion-proof switch in the underground mine based on the double-CPU is designed and much more attention is paid to its hardware composition, structural characteristics and the software flowchart. Especially because the alternating sampling is adopted and the PLL synchronous sampling circuit is designed during analog signals sampling, the sampling accuracy is consumedly improved. The experiments" show that this design mode of the double-CPU system not only strengthens the reliability of the system but also improves the processing speed of protection, display and communication. The system is of stable performance and reliable running, which provides wide application prospect.
