摘要 随着科学技术的发展,现代设备的结构变得越来越复杂,设备维修的重要性也日益增大。在设备维修过程中,设备部件的备件优化配置问题成为一个重要的制约因素。因而从设备的可靠度要求和备件费用约束两个方面建立了优化配置模型,并给出了基于PSO算法的求解步骤。 The structure of modern equipment is getting more and more complex with the development of technology and science. So the equipment maintenance becomes important increasingly. The problem of the optimal deployment model for equipment spares is an important factor in the process of equipment maintenance. From the reliability requirement of equipment and cost restriction of spares, the model of optimal deployment for equipment is built and the process based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve this problem is given.
