现场总线嵌入硬件与技术研究

摘要 随着现场总线技术在工业控制领域应用的快速发展,对现场总线协议设备的需求与日俱增。论文针对各种不同的协议标准,研究了现场总线设备的结构组成和技术协议芯片的特点。芯片特性的分析结果表明,基于CAN总线的不同公司芯片产品较为丰富,适合根据不同控制对象选择芯片;不同的协议芯片适用于不同的生产过程,同一生产过程不同协议的优选适用并不多见。现场总线嵌入技术为系统设计人员提供了设备应用的技术和经验。 There has been an increasing need of the equipment in accordance with fieldbus protocol day by day due to the rapid development of the fieldbus technology applied in industrial control. In this paper, we aimed at a variety of protocol standards, and investigated the construction and composition of the filedbus devices and the characteristics of the protocol chips. The result of analysis on chip characteristics showed that there were lots of chips suitable for CAN-bus made from different companies. You can chose different chips for different control object. Different chips are applied for different production process. Different protocols fitting for the same product process is rare. The fieldbus embedded technology provides technology and experience of device application for the system designers.
