在过去的30年,中国经济学家们以祖国的前途和命运为己任,为改革开放献计献策,贡献智慧。经董辅礽基金会联合相关机构严格评定,将"首届中国经济理论创新奖"于2008年11月29日授予了以杜润生为代表的中国农村发展研究组。同时,大会组织者在北京大学光华管理学院以"中国改革开放30年"和"全球经济危机和中国宏观经济形势分析"为题,邀请了9位著名经济学家联袂进行演讲。这是一次思想智慧的盛宴。经会议主办方授权,将9位学者的发言稿刊发于此,以飨读者,以示我刊对首届中国经济学家论坛的高度关注,对中国经济理论创新奖颁发的祝贺。

In the past three decades, Chinese economics have taken the future and destiny of the motherland as their own responsibility, contributing immensely their advices and wisdom to the reform and opening. Through rigorous assessment and with the help from the relevant institutions, Dong Fu Foundation awarded ' the First China's Economic Theory Innovation Prize'in November 29, 2008 to the China's Rural Development Research Group represented by Du Run-sheng. At the same time, at Guanghua School, Beijing University, the organizers of the General Assembly invited nine eminent economists to make speeches with the general topics of '30 Years of China's Reform and Opening' and 'Global Economic Crisis and Analysis of China's Macro-economic Situation'. This is a feast of wisdom of intellectual thinking. After the meeting, with the authorization from the organizers, all the speeches are to be published here in favor of our readers, so as to show our great concern for the first Chinese Economists Forum and to express our heartfelt congratulations to the awarding of the Chinese Economic Theory Innovation Prize.
