游离第2趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损

Tibial side flap of the second toe for coverage of skin defect of fingers

目的探讨游离第2趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法对36例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组采用游离第2趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指侧方及侧方偏指腹皮肤软组织缺损。结果36例皮瓣全部成活，随访时间为6～18个月，外形和功能恢复均满意。结论第2趾胫侧皮瓣是修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的一种理想方法。

Objective To discuss the surgical procedure of repairing skin defect of fingers by use of tibial side flap of the second toe and evaluate the treatment outcomes. Methods Thirty-six cases of skin defect of the fingers were retrospectively evaluated. Tibial side flap of the second toe was transferred to repair skin defect of the fingers. Results All flaps survived. The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 18 months. All flaps showed good ap- perance and the function of the hand was satisfactory. Conclusion Tibial side flap of the second toe is ideal to re- pair small size defect of the fingers.
