摘要
在非真空中频感应电炉熔炼、浇注的工艺条件下,为了满足荧光检查和X-射线检查要求,根据铸件结构特点,采用多组元结构、底注式联合浇注补缩系统;同时采取"高-低-快"的组合浇注工艺(型壳浇注温度为1050℃,钢液浇注温度为1580℃,浇注速度为3~4m/s)。铸件通过压力为300kPa,时间超过60s气压试验,不泄漏,一次合格率高达95%。
According to structure features of aerospace components, bottom gating-feeding system with multi-element structure was designed to produce the components in the condition of non-vacuum main frequency induction furnace with shell mold temperature of 1050℃ and pouring at 1580℃ and 3~4 kg/s. The produced aerospace components can be passed by XRD and fluorescence detection. Meanwhile, the components can be checked successful by air pressure at 300kPa for 60 s. Finished qualified product rate can reach up to 95%.
