铸渗法制备Mo2FeB2增强钢基表面复合材料 被引量:6

摘要 采用反应铸渗法在钢基体表面制备一层三元硼化物金属陶瓷复合材料,研究了三元硼化物钢表面复合材料的硬度、耐磨性,用SEM-EDS研究了铸渗层的微观结构和元素分布。结果表明,通过反应铸渗法制备的三元硼化物钢表面复合材料的洛氏硬度为74.3,维氏硬度为789N/mm2;磨损主要为磨粒磨损。并对铸渗反应机理进行了初步讨论。 Hardness and wear resistance of ternary boride cermet on steel substrate prepared by casting-infiltration method were examined, and microstructure and element distribution in casting-infiltration layer were observed by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and EDS (energy dispersive spectrum). It is found that the Rockwell hardness and Vickers hardness of the composites reach HRA 74.3 and 789 N/mm2, respectively. The wear mechanism of the composites is characterized by abrasive friction. Mechanism of casting-infiltration was described also.
